Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions, wallet credits and usage-based charges purchased on the Niyam Markets platform, operated by KRAFIT TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. Niyam Markets is a software-as-a-service platform providing analytics, algorithmic trading tools and automation. Because access is granted and value is delivered immediately on activation, our products are generally non-refundable except as expressly set out below. Please read this Policy together with our Terms & Conditions.

1. Subscription Plans
   • Subscription fees are non-refundable once the plan is activated, as access to the corresponding features is provided immediately.
   • You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no pro-rata or partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of an active plan.
   • Unless you cancel before the renewal date, plans may renew automatically at the then-current price.
2. Wallet Credits
   • Wallet Credits are prepaid, non-refundable and non-transferable, and remain valid until consumed (subject to any expiry stated at the time of purchase).
   • Wallet Credits cannot be exchanged or withdrawn for cash and may be used only to pay for charges within the Platform.
3. Usage-Based & Execution Charges
   • Per-execution charges, backtest charges and virtual-environment charges are deducted from your Wallet Credits when the corresponding action is performed.
   • Once an action has been executed and the service delivered, the associated charge is non-refundable, including where a resulting trade is unprofitable.
4. Free Trials, Offers & Promotions
   • Any free trial, promotional credit or discount is provided at our discretion and has no cash value. Promotional benefits are non-refundable and may be subject to additional terms.
5. Exceptions — When a Refund May Be Considered
   • Duplicate payment: where you were charged more than once for the same item due to a technical error.
   • Failed activation: where a payment was successful but the corresponding subscription or wallet top-up was not credited and cannot be provisioned.
   • Proven technical error attributable to Niyam: a verifiable platform fault, on our side, that prevented you from accessing the purchased service (excluding broker downtime, third-party outages, market conditions or trading losses).
6. Failed or Pending Transactions
   • If an amount is debited from your account but the order shows as failed or pending, it is typically auto-reversed by the payment gateway or bank within standard timelines. If it is not reversed, contact us with the transaction reference and we will assist.
7. How to Request a Refund
   • Email support@niyammarkets.com from your registered email address with the transaction ID, date, amount and reason for the request.
   • Requests must be raised within 7 working days of the transaction. Requests made after this window may not be considered.
8. Refund Processing & Timelines
   • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and are typically credited within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider’s processing time.
   • Refunds are made net of any non-recoverable third-party gateway or statutory charges, where applicable.
